There is evidence that some men in Ancient Egypt were physicians. This is a big deal because they were able to then heal people and try to cure illnesses. Another technological advancement was the calendar. This let the Egyptians know that there is 365 days in a year and it also helped them to figure out that there's 12 months with 30 days.
